Sesame Seed Oil has been used as a healing oil for thousands of years in India and is a very popular oil in the practise of Ayurveda, the ancient Indian health system. Sesame seed oil is high in Vitamin E, and ideal as for use as a massage oil and skin care. It can be used for facial massage, antiaging skin care and every day body moisturisation.

Massage gently onto wet or dry skin after showering. Use as a massage oil, and blend with your favourite essential oils.
