Our organic herbal tinctures are crafted using a potent 1:2 herb-to-water ratio, ensuring optimal strength and efficacy. Through a careful process of maceration, we extract the beneficial compounds from herbs and combine them with alcohol to create our natural health remedies. All tinctures bottles come with a graduated 0.5ml to 1ml pipette for easy dispensing.
Ashwagandha (Withania Somnifera), alcohol, water, 1:2 @ 25%.
The recommended dosage is 1ml to 5ml tincture diluted in water three times a day. Do not use internally during pregnancy unless prescribed by a qualified medical herbalist.
Blend with a Turmeric juice for added immune support.
