Massage Muscle & Joints Oil into tight or tired areas. Use slow, loving strokes to support deep muscle relaxation & bring the body back to balance.
RINSE OR LEAVE ON
Leave Hair Oil on for 30–60 mins or overnight, then rinse. Muscle & Joints Oil can be left on the skin. Use daily, weekly—or whenever you need calm.

STORAGE:
Store in a cool, dry place, away from sunlight & heat. Keep the lid tightly sealed to avoid oxidation. Use within 12 months of opening for best results.
