Ingredients

  • 50g rolled oats

  • 180ml plant-based milk (almond, oat, or coconut)

  • 1 tsp chia seeds (for fibre + omega-3s)

  • 1 Fushi Shatavari capsule, opened

  • 5–10g maple syrup or raw honey (optional, based on your dosha)

  • ¼ tsp cinnamon (warming and balances blood sugar)


Topping Ideas (optional but lovely):

  • Sliced banana or berries
  • Crushed almonds or walnuts
  • Toasted coconut flakes
  • A spoonful of almond butter or tahini

Directions

STEP 1

In a jar or bowl, combine the oats, plant milk, chia seeds and cinnamon.

STEP 2

Open the Shatavari capsule and stir in the powder until fully incorporated.

STEP 3

Mix well, cover, and refrigerate overnight (or for at least 4 hours).

STEP 4

In the morning, give it a good stir and top with your chosen additions.

STEP 5

Enjoy chilled, or warm slightly if preferred.
