Delivery & Returns

We currently deliver to UK, European and most international customers. Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes and do require a physical address for all deliveries.

Goods will be dispatched within 72 hours (3 working days) of purchase and often on the day of placing the order. It is your responsibility to ensure that you select the right shipping option and enter the correct shipping address details when completing your order, as these are the details used when the Fushi packing team dispatch your order. If you receive any broken or damaged products in your order, we must be notified within three (3) days of receipt of your purchase.

£3.99 for orders under £30. Orders over £30 qualify for free delivery. Please allow up to 14 days for delivery. Orders must be made before 12.00pm to qualify for Royal Mail 1st class and UPS standard delivery. Orders received on a non-working day will be despatched the next working day. Should you place your order after 12.00pm you may contact us and we will do our best to get this despatched the same day.

All deliveries to EU and international destinations will be liable for local taxes and customs duty, these additional charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and required to be paid to retrieve your parcel.

Shipping rates vary by location & weight of parcel – exact rate will be confirmed when you progress to checkout. Please allow up to 21 working days for delivery.

  • Free EU delivery over €200
  • Free USA/CANADA delivery over $300
  • Delivery charge is calculated at check-out, based on weight and destination country.
  • Orders under 2kg will be shipped by Royal Mail and orders over 2kg will be shipped by UPS

The postal delivery service we use assumes a parcel lost only after it has been in the postal system for a period of 14 working days for UK orders and 21 days for international orders. For the most part deliveries will not take this amount of time, however we cannot dispatch a replacement until this period of time has lapsed. Kindly note: Delivery to rural addresses may take an extra day or two.

UPS UK - deliveries will require a signature at time of receipt of order. If you are not available to sign for the parcel during office hours please provide us with an alternative delivery address where someone will be available to sign for and accept the parcel. If however no one is available at the delivery address, a card should be left for you with information on the closest UPS access point where you can collect this. If the parcel is not collected within 5 working days, it will be returned to us. In this case we will refund the items/order except for the shipping cost. You will then have to place a new order. UPS International - deliveries will also require a signature. If however no one is available at the delivery address, a card should be left for you to with information on how to arrange a re-delivery. If you are unavailable to sign for the parcel after two UPS delivery attempts, the parcel will be returned to us. In this case we will refund the items/order except for the shipping cost. You will then have to place a new order.

We are not responsible for the loss of your order if the delivery address provided by you at checkout is incorrect or incomplete. If your address is incorrect or incomplete, your order may be returned to us or the courier may apply a charge to your delivery cost which we will add to your order. If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address details, we will refund the items for you except the postage cost. You will receive an email notification for the refund and you may then place a new order. If you qualified for Free Shipping, and your order was returned due to incorrect address details supplied online, we will have to retain the minimum £2.50 postage cost before issuing a refund for the items or before processing a resend for you.

If you receive any broken or damaged products in your order, we must be notified within three (3) days of receipt of your purchase.
