UPS UK - deliveries will require a signature at time of receipt of order. If you are not available to sign for the parcel during office hours please provide us with an alternative delivery address where someone will be available to sign for and accept the parcel. If however no one is available at the delivery address, a card should be left for you with information on the closest UPS access point where you can collect this. If the parcel is not collected within 5 working days, it will be returned to us. In this case we will refund the items/order except for the shipping cost. You will then have to place a new order. UPS International - deliveries will also require a signature. If however no one is available at the delivery address, a card should be left for you to with information on how to arrange a re-delivery. If you are unavailable to sign for the parcel after two UPS delivery attempts, the parcel will be returned to us. In this case we will refund the items/order except for the shipping cost. You will then have to place a new order.
