How do I earn loyalty points?
You earn points every time you shop with us—it’s our way of saying thank you! Bonus points are also available when you leave a review, refer a friend, or subscribe. Plus, we love celebrating you with a little birthday gift each year. Make sure to check your emails for updates—we often run special events where you can earn double points. (Don’t forget to subscribe to our emails so you don’t miss out!)
How do I redeem my points?
Redeeming your points is easy! Once you’ve earned 100 points (£10), log into your account. Head over to the loyalty page and click "Redeem Points." A unique code will pop up on your screen, and we’ll also email it to you.
Do points expire?
Yes, points are valid for 365 days after they’re earned. Don’t worry—we’ll send you a reminder email 60 days before they expire, giving you plenty of time to use them. (Make sure you’re subscribed to our emails to receive these reminders!)
Can I earn points on sale or discounted items?
Yes, you can! Points are earned on sale and discounted items too.
How can I check my points balance?
Make sure you're logged into your account. Head to your loyalty page, here. Your points balance will be displayed here.
Can I transfer my points to someone else?
No, points are non-transferable and linked to your account only.
Can I use my points with other discounts or promotions?
Loyalty points can’t be combined with other discounts or promo codes.
Why can’t I use my points?
If you’re having trouble redeeming your points, here are a few things to check: Is your basket total at least £35? (That’s the minimum required to use points.) Are you logged into your account? Are all the items in your basket eligible for points redemption? Check your email (and junk folder) for your discount code if needed.
