As we don´t use chemicals to preserve our juice we need a Ph of 3.6-4 to keep the shelf life with pasteurization. Ripe Aloe leaves have around 4-4.2 Ph, so 0,1% Citric acid ( sourced from Tapioca Root) is required to take Ph a little lower down.

Una bella scoperta!
Stavo cercando qualche giorni fa un sostituto per l’aloe che prendevo e l’ho trovata Fushi… mi sono innamorata già dal primo momento. Un marchio molto curato, dalla ricerca della materia prima, il processo, fino al prodotto finale sempre fresco. Stupendo! Mi hanno inviato anche dei campioncini di altri due prodotti loro e mi è piaciuto tantissimo, le prenderei anche quelli dopo.

Funky taste
This isn’t like any other Aloe Vera juice I’ve had before, the taste is very odd and off putting. Almost like a gone off vinegar. I’m not sure if it’s supposed to taste like this or it’s gone off or something but I’ve only had it a little over a week and stored in the fridge. It’s so bad I can’t consume it and I’ve really tried. No one in my family can drink it, we’ve all said the same which is a real shame and waste of money.

I feel this really does work, I personally recommend mixing with the Amla. Two tablespoons of each twice a day before food. It really seems to have improved my gut health in a few months.
