how to take ashwagandha tincture
DOSAGE:
The recommended dosage is 1ml to 5ml tincture diluted in water three times a day. Do not use internally during pregnancy unless prescribed by a qualified medical herbalist.
Blend with a Turmeric juice for added immune support.
FUSHI TOP TIP:
Blend with warm water and leave to stand for 15 minutes if you wish to evaporate the alcohol content.Tulsi - for calm and clarity
Triphala - to support the digestive system

Great little tincture
I really like using this tincture as you can use a little more or less depending on how you are feeling. I like to take this in the evening and it makes me feel calm and I’m sleeping very well.

Fabulous product!
My first time using this brand and I am impressed. I have taken Ashwagandha in tablet form in the past, personally I feel this liquid form enhances absorption and on days when I need a boost or to decompress after a challenging day, it is so reassuring to know that I have some of this in my cupboard!
