how to take ashwagandha tincture
DOSAGE:
The recommended dosage is 1ml to 5ml tincture diluted in water three times a day. Do not use internally during pregnancy unless prescribed by a qualified medical herbalist.
Blend with a Turmeric juice for added immune support.
FUSHI TOP TIP:
Blend with warm water and leave to stand for 15 minutes if you wish to evaporate the alcohol content.Tulsi - for calm and clarity
Triphala - to support the digestive system

Really helpful
I take this at night, and I feel it helps me rest more deeply - I have had problems with my sleep and this does seem to make a difference!

Great little tincture
I really like using this tincture as you can use a little more or less depending on how you are feeling. I like to take this in the evening and it makes me feel calm and I’m sleeping very well.

My first time using this brand and I am impressed. I have taken Ashwagandha in tablet form in the past, personally I feel this liquid form enhances absorption and on days when I need a boost or to decompress after a challenging day, it is so reassuring to know that I have some of this in my cupboard! ashwagandha has helped my sleep in perimenopause
I am perimenopausal and decided to try ashwagandha after reading the reviews. I looked at many sites and decided on Fushi as I wanted to support a smaller, independent family run business that used the best quality ingredients and their website is transparent and easy to navigate. Back to the product. I am already on HRT and have tried magnesium with no benefit to sleep. since being on the tincture my sleep has definitely improved. I can't believe it to be honest. I was going on holiday so then ordered the ashwagandha capsules as well (due to liquid restrictions) and not sure they are working as well for some reason, so will definitely go back to the tincture. I have recommended to a friend and they are also impressed with their improvement in sleep. The products have arrived promptly and the communication emails for receipts and due delivery times etc are fantastic. Would highly recommend this product and the company.
