Seems to be working for me although I don't suffer from depression but perhaps mildly so. The first night I took it I had lucid dreams which was excellent as I always wake up with a real sense of well-being! My dreams have been more vivid. I also had a lucid dream a couple of nights ago so that's two nights of lucid dreams in a month! Pretty much unheard for me these days and I'm 40. I also feel like my memory is better after taking these, definitely, and I would say even though I'm premenstrual I'm definitely not dipping to the very low lows I can do. I will continue taking them!
