Bought a couple of bottles for two of my grandaughters. One has PCOS, and she had good results helping with stomach cramps and regulatation, even after only one week of taking. The other also found it helps her stomach cramps, and has helped clear a persistent spotty rash on her chin. Both are very pleased with Monthly Harmony and will continue to take it each month
