SKIN & HAIR CARE
Apply a small amount of sesame seed oil to your face or body. For the hair, massage the oil into your scalp and work it through the hair strands, leaving it on for some time before washing it out.

OIL PULLING
Oil pulling is an ancient Ayurvedic practice that involves swishing oil in your mouth to improve oral health. Take a tablespoon of sesame seed oil and swish it around in your mouth for about 10–15 minutes, making sure to cover all areas including between the teeth. Spit out the oil afterward and rinse your mouth with warm water.

ABHYANGA MASSAGE 
Warm the oil slightly by placing the bottle in a bowl of warm water and use it to massage your body, providing relaxation and nourishment to the skin.
