The journey from fruit to oil is a meticulous process. We press the oil gently from the pulp and use a centrifugal method to blend it into a pure, nutrient-rich deep green oil. This method preserves the maximum amount of nutrients, flavour, and freshness, giving you a product that’s as close to nature as possible. Each of our batches will display their own unique characteristics and smell, depending on the harvest, in its natural unrefined state.
