If you think Turmeric is just for making a curry, think again! There are so many ways to use turmeric juice as part of your daily routine. Turmeric is a powerhouse nutrient used for centuries and loved by scientists and nutritionists alike because of its potent anti-inflammatory and immune-boosting properties. We’re here to share some easy and exciting ways you can use turmeric juice with everything from how to make the perfect turmeric latte, how to give your turmeric shot a kick and even how to make a turmeric juice mocktail...

Turmeric Shot

A Turmeric Shot first thing in the morning, is one of the healthiest ways to start your day. We recommend taking it on an empty stomach, and you can either take the turmeric shot straight from the bottle, or add it to your daily hot lemon and honey or even add some fire with a dusting of black pepper to aid absorption. Don’t forget to give your bottle a good shake before opening.

Turmeric as a culinary spice

Soups, stews, curries and hot pots are always better with this traditional ayurvedic spice. For a hit of curcumin try including your daily dose into your next homemade meal with a crack of black pepper to boost absorption. We love adding it to carrot and butternut squash soup, any curry or vegetable stews for a beautiful earthy flavour with so many health benefits!

Warming Turmeric Porridge pots

Nothing beats a cosy bowl of porridge on a crisp winter morning, which is why we are loving adding our daily dose of turmeric into our porridge or overnight oats. Combined with a sprinkle of ground cinnamon and ginger and topped with a generous dollop of nut butter and seasonal fruits to start the day the best way.

Turmeric Mocktail Time

Looking for an alternative non-alcoholic cocktail for this festive season? Why not try using 30ml of turmeric juice combined with chilled sparkling water and some fresh orange as a delicious anti-inflammatory, immune-boosting drink, that’s equally as beautiful as any festive cocktail.

Turmeric Stewed Fruits

It’s all about the comforting crumbles in the colder months – we love adding Turmeric Juice to our stewed fruits, for a subtle earthy flavour whilst helping to boost your immune system. A tip from our nutritionist – stew some in-season apples with a turmeric juice shot, a crack of black pepper, ceylon cinnamon and ginger and store in the fridge for up to a week. This turmeric fruit concoction makes the perfect breakfast topping, crumble base and sweet treat with a drizzle of tahini on top.

Golden Milk Turmeric Latte

Get cosy and sip this delicious ayurvedic drink, enriched with a variety of herbs and spices to support inflammation, help boost your immune system and improve gut health, whilst also being a sweet and comforting way to get you through the colder months.
