Our Wholefood Folic Acid is combined wholefood powders of Folate-rich Beetroot, Broccoli and Spinach. This makes the supplement better recognised and absorbed by the body. Together with B12, Folic Acid is essential to the formation of red blood cells and can aid in protein metabolism. Folic Acid is also essential in the formation of DNA within every cell in the body. By combining minerals with wholefoods, we have made them better absorbed, reducing the need for high doses.

60 capsules. Hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose (capsule shell), Spinach Powder (Spinaciae oleraceae), Broccoli powder (Brassica oleracea), Red Beetroot Powder (Beta Vulgaris L.), Folic Acid (Vitamin B9). May also contain: Celery or Celery Derivatives (due to potential cross contamination from Beetroot powder). No added: Wheat, lactose, preservatives, artificial colours or flavours, yeast.

How To Use

Directions

2 capsules daily with food and water or as prescribed by your medical practitioner/nutritional therapist. Do not exceed stated recommended dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
